Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs

  • We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £60 and free worldwide shipping on orders over £75.

  • For orders below these amounts, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 2-4 days, barring unforeseen circumstances. We guarantee package preparation within 4 business days of purchase (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

  • Once processed, the order is finalised according to any customisations or patches requested by the customer.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once shipping documentation is prepared. Packages are typically delivered within 8-12 business days.

  • In the event of major disruptions (strikes, holidays, adverse weather, etc.), shipping may exceed the stated delivery times. If a delay exceeds 29 business days, please contact Customer Service for support.

Cancellation Policy

  • We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer refunds. For eligible items, we offer exchanges or store credit only.

  • All items purchased during a sale or promotion are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. Only store credit will be issued.

  • Customised items (including items with custom text, names, numbers, or any form of personalisation) are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

Size Guide Responsibility

  • We provide a detailed size guide for accurate sizing. Please ensure you choose the correct size. If an item doesn’t fit, you may exchange it for a different size, but return shipping is your responsibility.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.

Return Condition

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact. Any returned item that does not meet these conditions will be rejected.

Store Credit

  • Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.

Return Process

  • Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.

  • To request an exchange, please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

  • We will review your request and provide instructions for return shipping.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Final sale items, promotional items, customised items, and any products marked as non-returnable.

  • Items returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition.
