We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Orders are processed within 2-4 days, barring unforeseen circumstances. We guarantee package preparation within 4 business days of purchase (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
At this stage, the order is processed and finalized according to any customizations and patches requested by the customer.
Once shipping documentation is prepared, customers receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Packages, handled by the courier, will be delivered within 8-12 business days.
In the event of major events such as strikes, holidays, adverse weather conditions, etc., shipping may exceed the stated delivery times. If a delay exceeds 29 business days, customers are encouraged to contact Customer Service via email or WhatsApp for support and resolution.
CANCELLATION AND/OR MODIFICATIONS
Our Order Modification and Cancellation Policy allows for cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. After this period, the order progresses to the next stage and cannot be halted.
Customers can request changes such as altering items, adding patches, customizations, or changing sizes within one hour of purchase.
If more than an hour has passed and the order is still unfulfilled, customers should contact Customer Service for assistance. Changes will be considered based on the current production status of the item.
Size charts are available on each product page and in the "INFO" section on our Instagram page. For further clarifications, customers can contact Customer Service.
Requests to cancel an order due to issues with installment payment selection at checkout will not be accepted, as this responsibility lies with the selected payment system.
RETURNS
Please read our Refund Conditions carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing, these conditions are fully accepted.
The right to exchange, return, and refund is respected under the following criteria:
- Non-personalized items: Items with custom patches, names, or numbers are not eligible for return or exchange as they cannot be resold.
- Intact items with attached labels: Photographic evidence of the intact label must be provided.
- Unused items
Returns for items that are perfectly suitable but are no longer wanted for personal reasons (e.g., unnecessary gift, team exclusion, long delivery times) are not accepted.
If an incorrect size, customization, or damaged item is received, customers should document and send photos to Customer Service to arrange a free replacement shipment of the correct item.
